Porteria® has two plans with a base price of $120 USD/mo. The Porteria® Home plan is for residential condominiums; the Porteria® Empresas plan includes 3 access points and centralized management. Both can be expanded with additional modules such as kiosks, readers, relays and cameras.
Porteria® Home is designed for condominiums and residential buildings, ideal for communities of up to hundreds of residents. Porteria® Empresas is designed for organizations with multiple access points or shifts: includes 3 base access points, centralized management, patrol system and supervision. Both come with app, web administration panel and included technical support.
Porteria® is designed precisely to automate access control and can maintain or eliminate the dependency on an on-site guard. Authorized residents or employees open the door from their smartphone; visitors can be registered and authorized remotely by the administrator or residents themselves. This significantly reduces operating costs for the condominium or company.
The system is designed with operational redundancy. Access devices (relays and readers) can operate in local mode during internet outages, maintaining access for authorized persons. For power outages, it is recommended to complement with a UPS (backup battery). Porteria®'s technical team evaluates and recommends the safest configuration for the type of installation.
The base plan includes the software (app + web panel). Depending on project needs, modular hardware can be added: kiosks with reader for identification at the access point, relays to control locks or electric gates, camera readers for license plate recognition, and card or tag readers.
